The Lexington Medical Society congratulates the University of Kentucky College of Medicine Class of 2018 on their Match Day, March 16, 2018. The Match Day event was held at the Woodford Reserve Room at Kroger Field. The medical students of the Class of 2018, at noon time, moved to the football field and were given their sealed match day envelopes which contained their residency location. The class, in the video, is counting down to simultaneously open up their envelopes. It is the culmination of a tremendous amount of hard work, discipline, and dedication for these students to reach this milestone. We are extremely proud of all of them. Well done!
