 Healthcare Phase IV Begins Tomorrow Tomorrow, May 27, begins the fourth phase of Gov. Beshear’s reopening of healthcare services in Kentucky. During Phase IV, hospitals and healthcare facilities can determine their own patient capacities, as long as progress continues and the other tenets of the state’s order are followed. During Phase III, which began May 13, facilities were limited to 50% of their pre-COVID era volume.
