Overview:
Please join us for this virtual conference on high yield global health topics. The COVID-19 global pandemic has significantly changed how we will travel, teach learners and provide care. This event is designed for all providers— community, academic, medical missions, nonprofits, NGOs, to discuss this new era in global health and what we can all learn from each other to provide the best care globally. Topics will range from refugee and humanitarian response to surgery and HIV PEP. There will be panel discussions on best practices for short term medical trips, ethics in the COVID-19 pandemic, and health and racial inequalities as well as innovative workshops.
Target Audience:
Community or academic physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, fellows, residents, students and anyone else who is interested in global health.
