It’s golf time again! Please help make our 36th anniversary of the Lexington Medical Society Foundation Golf Tournament the best one yet. The LMS Foundation, a 501 (c) 3 non-profit, and our presenting sponsor, Stock Yards Bank & Trust, are hosting our annual golf tournament at the University Club of Kentucky in Lexington, 4850 Leestown Road, on May 2oth, 2026. The LMS Foundation endeavors to improve the health of our community through support of Lexington-area, medically related, non-profit organizations, medical school students, and physician leadership and wellness programs. Since our inaugural golf tournament in 1989, the LMS Foundation has raised over $650,000 to support organizations like:

• Surgery on Sunday, which provides essential outpatient surgical procedures to income-eligible individuals.
• Baby Health Service, which provides free, quality healthcare to children from birth through age 17 who do not have medical insurance.
• Camp Horsin’ Around, which supports organized groups to provide an outdoor camp adventure for children whose health is compromised or who have special needs.
• Ronald McDonald House, which helps strengthens families of children and keeps them together in times of medical need.
• And many more…

Registration & lunch begin at noon and a shotgun start at 1:00 pm. Lunch is provided. You may put together your own foursome, or the golf committee will help form teams. The tournament is a scramble format. There is a dinner and awards ceremony following the tournament.

There are several ways to participate through sponsorship, playing, or donating to the LMS Foundation:

• White Tee Sponsor – $3,000 Includes two teams of four, two mulligans/team, signage at lunch/awards dinner, signs on two holes, two free months of advertising in the LMS Newsletter, advertising in MD-Update, web & social media.
• Golf Cart Sponsor – $2500 includes one team, 2 months free advertising in the LMS Newsletter, recognition in MD-Update Magazine, magnetic signs on each golf cart, two mulligans, & recognition on the LMS website & social media. (This sponsorship requires a 2-year commitment due to buying the magnetic signs with your logo.)
• Hole Sponsor + 4 players – $2200 Includes one team of four, signage at lunch/ awards dinner, sign on one hole, two free month of advertising in the LMS Newsletter, advertising in MD-Update, web & social media.
• Hole Sponsor Only – $1,800 Includes one hole sign, signage at lunch/awards dinner, logo advertising in the LMS Newsletter & MD-Update, web & social media, and one month of free advertising in the LMS Newsletter & recognition in MD-Update Magazine.
• Lunch Sponsor – $1,800 Includes on team, one month free advertising in LMS Newsletter & MD-Update, signage at the lunch, 2 mulligans, & recognition on the LMS website & social media.
• Team Sponsor – $800 Includes one team, logo advertising in the LMS Newsletter & MD-Update, web & social media
• Driving Range Sponsor – Includes two individual players, logo advertising in LMS Newsletter, recognition in MD-Update Magazine, signage on the driving range, & recognition on LMS website & social media
• Beverage Cart Sponsor – $750 Includes two individual players, logo advertising in the LMS Newsletter & MD-Update, signage on the beverage carts, & recognition on the LMS website & social media.
